【Ingredient】	The main ingredient is Donepezil Hydrochloride. Chemical Name: 5,6-Dimethoxy-2-[(1-phenylmethyl-4-piperidinyl)-methyl]-2,3-dihydro-1H-indolone hydrochloride. Chemical Structure: Molecular Formula: C₂₄H₂₉NO₃·HCl Molecular Weight: 415.96
【Description】	This product is a film-coated tablet. It is white or off-white after removal of the film coating.
【Indication】	It is indicated for the treatment of mild and moderate dementia of Alzheimer’s type.
【Strength】	5mg。
【Dosage and Administration】	Adult/elderly: The recommended starting dosage is 5 mg (1 tablet) administered once per day in the evening, just prior to retiring. The daily dose of 5 mg should be maintained for at least one month to evaluate the early clinical efficacy, as well as to achieve a steady-state plasma concentration of donepezil hydrochloride. After a clinical evaluation of treatment with daily dose of 5 mg for one month, the daily dose of this product can be increased to 10 mg (2 tablets). The recommended maximum daily dose is 10 mg. A dose greater than 10 mg/day has not been clinically evaluated. After stopping treatment, the efficacy gradually diminished. Discontinuation of treatment has no rebound phenomenon.
